Automata Crank Display

The core objective behind the design was to create everything almost entirely from the same piece of wood, that being a 1/4 inch sheet of poplar. Designed in Fusion 360, each piece was then exported to Illustrator, where the parts were then organized and eventually cut using a laser cutter. Glued together, the top plate can be removed for additional maintenance to the internal gears.
